everlasting wreath workshop
fundraising event
Our hearts have been heavy learning the past and ongoing atrocities that have been committed against First Nations peoples in Palestine, Lebanon, DRC, Sudan, Tigray, Kanakay, West Papua and so called “Australia”.
Please join us in gentle, community~care to create sustainably -dried wreaths with our hands and hearts. This workshop is fundraising for Palestine Australia Relief and Action (PARA) founded and led by Australian Palestinians. Providing support for Palestinians while they are in Australia, helping them to achieve their full potential, free from the barriers created by conflict and displacement.
Conjointly this workshop will be paying the rent to First Nations peoples of so -called “Australia” through Pay The Rent. A First Nations grassroots-to-grassroots initiative; enabling funds to be contributed by individuals directly to grassroots causes and campaigns with a focus on protecting First Nations rights.
100% of all proceeds from this wreath workshop will be equally distributed to both organisations.
